What it means

You can explore the Capital Files without signing in. ChatGPT sign-in lets you save educational bookmarks and completed knowledge checks to your library account. Your business loan application is handled separately in the secure application portal. Library bookmarks and learning keys do not submit an application or authorize lender contact.

How to evaluate the practice

Learning keys are additionally stored in this browser, where another person using the same browser profile may see them. My vault lets you remove bookmarks and delete an earlier saved preparation plan. Deleting plan content leaves a revision marker to protect against stale tabs. Signing out does not erase local learning keys. The library reset clears only device learning progress.

What to verify

ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific user ID and an email for account display. The database keys personal records to that user ID. The site counts signed-in plan-saving, bookmarking and learning events by day without attaching a user ID to those counts. Hosting can retain ordinary request logs and backups; deleting a plan does not promise immediate removal from hosting backups. Financial answer ranges are not put in browser storage, URL parameters or analytics. External links have their own privacy practices.
