Start with the borrower’s question
Each dossier explains a specific financing structure, decision or risk. Examples are fictional, with assumptions stated. Calculators explain their limitations. Educational pages do not determine eligibility or promise financing.
Sources you can inspect
We prioritize official program administrators, regulators, lenders describing their own products, and established primary references. Source links appear beside each dossier. U.S. and Canadian differences are identified where relevant.
AI-assisted, with review made visible
The Business Loan Vault was developed with AI assistance. Each file shows its editorial status and source-check date. Selected deep dives have completed an AI-assisted source and calculation review; other files remain editorial drafts. A source-check date means the reference was checked; it does not mean a lawyer, accountant, broker or lender approved the article. We add named reviewers only after their actual review.
Changes should be traceable
Updates should identify the changed claim, supporting source and jurisdiction. Internal links, examples and interactions are checked as part of each release. Browser and device review is recorded separately, including any limits on what could be verified. Previous versions are retained so changes can be reviewed and reversed.
Commercial relationships should be clear
Lender logos illustrate financing categories. They do not establish an endorsement or an available offer. Availability depends on jurisdiction, business eligibility and lender review. Broker support adds no additional cost for that support; lender interest and product fees may apply.
Publication readiness
The public library stays open for browsing. Source-checked guides and selected main pages are eligible for search indexing; remaining drafts are marked noindex. Search engines decide when to crawl and index eligible pages. Source checking is distinct from professional advice or named expert review.
